On PHIVOLCS data. PHIVOLCS does not publish a real-time JSON API. We cite and link the PHIVOLCS Earthquake Information System, Active Faults Map, and Destructive Earthquakes Catalog rather than mirror them, to preserve attribution and avoid republishing under unclear terms. For real-time monitoring we use USGS, which co-locates Philippine events with global coverage.
